About this game

Duel across two equal 10×20 falling-block boards. Bright, faceted gems, metal frames and clear landing outlines help you manage your own space while watching the well your rival is building.

A single clear gives 10 points without attacking. Doubles give 25 points and 1 pressure row; triples give 50 points and 2 rows. Each pressure row independently leaves 2 or 3 different cells empty at random. Four lines give 80 points and 1 shared energy charge, up to 3. Hold a long piece for the right moment.

Clear removes your settled stack. Bomb destroys up to 8 rival cells, one every 0.1 seconds, preserving the highest occupied row and leaving holes open. Shield cancels pending attacks and protects the whole board for 20 seconds.

Play the standard computer opponent, challenge a friend over a local network or the internet, or learn through guided practice. Normally completed computer wins count toward your best match score. Friend matches and practice do not enter the leaderboard. Choose the side of your controls and your own board independently, with gentler effects available in settings.

How to play

Play in landscape. Four round direction buttons control the piece: top rotates clockwise once per press, left/right move, and bottom speeds up the fall. Hold left/right or bottom for continuous movement at the existing speed; release to stop. The large DROP button below sends the piece straight to the bottom and locks it immediately. The outline marks the landing position. Colors do not matter: fill a whole row to clear it. Use the Hold button beside the skills to save the falling piece, keeping a long piece for four lines. When a piece is held, the button becomes Place: the held piece returns to play, the current piece moves to the front of Next, and the hold slot becomes empty. After Hold or Place, lock a piece before using either again. Clearing 1/2/3/4 lines at once earns 10/25/50/80 points. A single sends no attack; a double sends 1 pressure row and a triple sends 2. Each pressure row independently leaves 2 or 3 different cells empty at random. Four lines earn 1 shared skill charge, up to 3; a full stock still allows the points. Each skill costs 1 charge. Clear removes your settled blocks but keeps the falling piece and pending attacks. Bomb destroys up to 8 settled rival cells, one every 0.1 seconds. When several rows contain blocks, the highest occupied row is protected; a lone occupied row can be hit. After each hit, targets are chosen again: rows missing 1 cell first, then rows missing 2, then random eligible cells elsewhere. Holes stay open, surviving blocks do not fall, and the falling piece is untouched. Shield cancels pending pressure rows, bombs in flight and remaining blast hits, then protects the whole board for 20 seconds of active play. You cannot bomb a shielded rival. Shield neither clears existing blocks nor prevents you from stacking too high. Keyboard: ←/→ or A/D move, ↓ or S speeds up, ↑ or W rotates, Space instantly drops and locks, C or Shift holds / places, R clears, E bombs, F shields, Esc pauses. Swap the control side and your board side separately in settings. Use the platform’s sound control. Space keeps its normal behavior in text fields or on other focused buttons. Topping out loses the match. A normally completed win against the standard computer records your verified best match score. Losses, draws, concessions and interruptions do not improve it. Friend matches and practice are unranked. Invite a second player through the platform room; both ready up, then the host starts.
